I’m Konda Sambashivudu, the Founder of Career Crafting Hub and a Career Coach with over 27 years of experience in the IT industry across banking, insurance, storage, and embedded domains.
Throughout my journey as a professional, mentor, and lifelong learner, I realized that many talented individuals struggle not because of a lack of skills, but because of a lack of guidance, structure, and clarity in their career path.
